| still waiting for my refund |
I am very unhappy with these people. i placed my order on 5/23/08 to be picked up 6/23/08. no one ever called to schedule a pick-up for my car. my plans changed, and i needed to cancel so that part worked out. i called to cancel 6 weeks ago and was told that i would get a full refund on my $175 deposit in 5 to 7 business days. Just another note: these people are EXTREMELY HARD to get on the phone. 8 times out of 10 you will get an answering machine when you call. No one ever returns your call when you leave a message. I've probably left 4 or 5 at least. Anyway...2 weeks later, i had not received a refund. I call multiple times and leave multiple messages before i finally get someone on the phone. She tells me she's sorry there was a hold up in the accounting department blah blah and that it would take 5 to 7 business days. Well again, it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund. As before, after multiple calls, I got someone on the phone only to be transferred to another voicemail. Of course no one calls me back. I just got off the phone with someone AGAIN, and he says they're going through some changes with customer service and they're trying to improve, blah blah. He says someone will contact me within "44 hours." We'll see if that actually happens. It's just so frustrating!!! They were so quick to take my money, but not so quick otherwise...when i placed the order, they had really good reviews, which is why i chose them. but now, there have recently been so many other people giving30 bad reviews with the same problems i am having. SO PLEASE BEWARE! i would go with someone else.
