Review:

1. Karen and Cathy of Big Brother Transport kept me informed of the pickup and delivery every step of the way. They answered my questions and gave sound advice with regard to shipping enclosed vs open. The advice they gave me was confirmed by others. Their quote was very competitve.

2. The selected carrier (Gran Turismo) was careful, kept the car clean and protected (coverd with plastic). The car's conv. top was put down. I suspect this was done to protect it The interior remained clean. The driver (Louie) called ahead to give me status of the delivery. I could tell from his performance that the driver knew what he was doing. Additionally the driver and his truck were clean.

3. The only negative was that the delivery was COD (cash, certified check or money order). I paid in cash, but the carrier's main office subsequently gave me the opportunity to pay via credit card over the phone. Had I known I would have paid via credit card and avoided going the bank to draw $1300 cash out. This was not a significant problem and does not overshadow the performance of the carrier. I'd use them again, but next time use my credit card. My advice would be to clearify this point wuth the carrier in advance.
