The personnel and service at Red Carpet Auto Transport were very nice and almost everything went very well. I would use Red Carpet again, but I would push harder earlier to find out why the car wasn't moving. I expected the contact person to keep track of the movement, and make suggestions after 10 days, instead of my having to initiate that discussion. The transporter did a great job picking up and delivering. Again, at the end of the day I would use Red Carpet again.
