It is my opinion that Tommy from Express Auto Transport is EXCELLENT in her customer service skills. She is personable and a delight to speak with. I have used your service 3 times and have asked for her because of this. The first time I had issues with the driver NOT communicating with me. The 2nd time I used the service I had a manager get smart with me because of the driver not communicating and talk down to me because of a situation with the driver. Once the driver finally showed up he confirmed that the manager was lying to me. Anyway, this time around my only complaint was that the driver never called me to confirm he was arriving and then all of a sudden called at 10pm at night. Our kids were in bed and there was no way we could meet him at night. It is my opinion that Express Auto Transport needs to hold a higher standard for thier drivers and hold them more responsible for thier actions or lack there of. Possibly a points system for penalties or something. All I know is that the ONLY and I mean the ONLY reason I came back two more times after my first experience was because of Tommy. She is a delight and because of her I came back. Other than that, I would have used another company to transport my vehicles.

Drivers to call 12 hours prior to Delivery=HOLD THEM TO THIS STANDARD OR DON'T LIST IT ON YOUR WEBSITE. YOUR GIVING THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN AND IT NEVER EVER DOES! THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE REASON WHY I WON'T BE BACK.
