| Late, did not return phone calls |
In the beginning, I had a last minute transport I needed, I knew it would be tough. Amy was very friendly and attempted to locate a driver for me, although it did not happen and she could not. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up Wed-Fri. After not receiving a confirmation phone call stating the vehicle was picked up, I called Friday and had been explained that the driver had been waiting on a high end vehicle at the dealership for 3 days. And he will not be the one to deliver my vehicle, she must locate and re-arrange a completely new pickup and driver. All of this without notifying me, without advising me it was going to be late, etc.
My fiance continued to call every other day to see, had a driver been located, had a pickup date been scheduled. No call back. No return phone call. I finally called and had been advised the vehicle would be picked up the next day, the following Friday, a full 9 days after the first date of pickup.
The good thing is, the vehicle arrived one day early, no thanks to GT. Thanks to the driver of the semi.
Not happy.
