Subject: Kept my deposit
Review:They responded quickly with a good price but they did not deliver. I still have a BBB dispute with them. Jack (the owner) actually told me that they think they can charge you $150 for making a phone call. Danielle has a very bad memory problem when it comes to phone conversations. You might get lucky with them but I would never use them again and I'm still looking for my $150, 60 days after the original contact! By phone I told them at the contract time that the contact person needed a day notice to make arrangements to meet the shipper. After 11 days I called them again and told them I would be out of the country but if they gave the person at the pickup point a days notice there shouldn't be a problem. They gave the person two hours notice and were not even aware that the vehicle was not picked up. The shipper they dispatched didn't even have a good phone noumber. APA refunded $500 and kept $150. They claim that I never talked to them. They are incompetent. They botched my simple job and are trying to get me to pay for it anyway.
