I did all the procedures needed to have a 2002 Pontiac shipped from Flint, Michigan to Las Vegas, Nevada at a total cost of $850. I used my credit card to pay the required $150. (That same day SOMEONE used my credit card information to charge airline tickets). I was anxious about the contract that was e-mailed to me XXXit did not look COMMERCIAL. I called and questioned Sean about this. He "assured" me it was some cyber coding mistake, but not important. I also asked him about the ORDER NUMBER (my last name with #1) that looked strange to. The car was due to be picked up May 27-29. I called on Monday, May 19th to touch bases to make sure all systems were go. When I called the numbers I got a "this number has been temporarily disconnected message." I called Monday about 9 times and Tuesday about 5 more times. NOTHING! I have contacted my credit card company to try to get the $150 taken off my account. I have printed e-mail messages from Sean; I have the contract I signed and faxed and I will be contacting the BBB today. The customer protected SWAT team should be knocking down the door of 5 STAR AUTO TRANSPORT as I type!!!!!!!!
