Review:This company was the 3rd company that I had made contact with about shipping our truck. The other 2 company's DID NOT do as they promised to do. They just kept me hanging on for a possibility of a carrier. After which I finally got tired of their excuses and called Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Sarah was up front and honest with me from the very beginning. She worked diligently on making this an easy relaxing experience after all that I told her I had been through.
Once we agreed to do business with your company Sarah had a carrier for me in just a few days and I was thrilled. This truck belonged to my father-in-law and when he passed away he gave this truck to my son. The truck was bought new in 1959 by him. With the truck being in Oregon and my son statiioned in North Carolina we had to get the truck shipped. My son is in the US Army Special Forces and he will deploy again soon. I wanted to get the truck here before that. Sarah made it happen!
The carrier was also very helpful when he picked the truck up at my mom's house. My mom was pleased with his customer service. He kept us abreast of his whereabouts and time of arrival.
