| Nothing Special |
I looked for weeks and weeks to find a car transport company and it wasn't fun. I transported a car with RedCarpet and ther service was okay, mostly it relied on the trucker but they did find a truck in the short time I had after Angels Auto moving TOTALLY FAILED.
My dissapointment was my Personal Assistance or representtive Sheila (Yet did have a family emergeny so maybe my review is not fair) who never called to give me update on my vehicle and never called to check if the vehicle had arrived, STILL hasn't to this day...
My Advice, do the research, take your time, and really feel confidant and hope you get the right one...

I have to say I am in total disbelief over this review. I guess it only goes to show that no matter how great your service is some people just cannot be pleased. It was after 8pm on April 24th which was on a Thursday evening when, we received a request for a quote from Ali Farsio. I was at home and had decided to check and see if there was anything urgent that needed my attention before going to bed. I saw his request for a quote and he had said he needed it shipped ASAP! I put the quote together and emailed it out to him and put a note in the quote stating that our office was closed but if he needed to he could call me on my personal cell number. About an hour later I received a call from Mr. Farsio and he stated he needed this vehicle delivered by Sunday. I told him it typically took 1-10 days to get a vehicle assigned to a carrier then it would be several days in transit. He said it was imperative he have this vehicle by Sunday and also said he did not wish to pay more than $880.00 to have it done. Then he proceeded to tell me it had to be picked up by 3pm on Friday and no later. I told him I could not guarantee any of this but I would get to work on it right away. I got on the phone to my dispatch supervisor and explained the situation to her and told her I could use all her expertise as I really wanted to help this client. By this time it was almost 10pm and she had been asleep as she is in the office by 6am every morning. She posted the load and approved a lower price even. That night my husband, who is a kidney dialysis patient had to be rushed to the hospital where cell phones are not allowed in the emergency room. The next morning I got a call from Mr. Farsio stating he had been trying to call me up until 2am when he finally went to bed. I informed him I had been at the hospital with my husband and had had no cell phone as they were not allowed in the area I was in. He asked me if I had found a truck and I told him my dispatch supervisor was in the process of assigning his vehicle to a truck as we spoke and I would get back with him as soon as it was all complete. In the next 20 minutes he called the office a total of 5 times wanting to know if it was done yet. I told him for the 5th time I would call him just as soon as we had the signed trip sheet back from the carrier but could do nothing until this process was complete. Once I had the trip sheet back from the carrier I called him to let him know our driver would pick it up by 3pm and then I called his pick up contact to inform him also. The Mercedes was picked up and on the road by 3:20pm; I called him to let him know it had been picked up and had to leave a message. I never heard back from him but wanted to stay on top of the situation so I took his file home with me. When I had confirmation from our driver that it was delivered on Sunday Evening, just as he had requested, I tried to call him to make sure all went well and to see if there was anything else he needed. He had told me he had another vehicle to transport also so I wanted to make sure he was well taken care of so he would use our services for this vehicle also. He NEVER answered nor returned my call. I tried to call again on Monday and still no answer and no return call. At this point I figured when he was ready to ship the second vehicle he would contact me. My review department sent out a request for a review as we do once a transport is completed and this is the review he left.
I went out of my way on my own time to accommodate this customer, pulled his transport off just as he had requested and even at lower price than originally quoted. I do not understand this review or this person. It sure does not make me want to do that again. Thankfully I know not all people are as unappreciative of my services as he obviously was. It only goes to show you can’t please 100% of the people 100% of the time.
As for you Mr. Farsio, I hope in the future when you are ready to transport a vehicle again you find a person or company who will provide you the service I did. Just know it will not be me or Red Carpet Auto Transport who assists you with your transport. Maybe you will find out just how special our service was.
