| contract error-retalliation with a vengeance |
.number one: I ALWAYS REMEMBER WHAT I SAY. ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE A CONCERN OR QUESTION.ESPECIALLY ON SPECIFICS. ESPECIALLY WHEN IM SPENDING "MY" MONEY!!!!!!
I EXPECT WHAT I AM SOLD,NOT WHAT LATER TOLD!!
booking and contracting was absolutely awesome. but then.....
i 1000% without a doubt STATED several times, with no un certainty, NO BEATING AROUND THE BUSH.that i would NOT be paying via credit card. that the vehicle was sold, paid for in full, to be delivered.
and....
that I would be paying the FULL amount IN CASH at time of PICKUP.
as the transport truck dispatched to pick it up, was 20 minutes from my house, there suddenly arose an issue of charging to my card.
THE CREDIT CARD THAT I STATED had only a balance of only $20 for emergencies.
THE CREDIT CARD THAT I SAID i do not want to use for the transaction.
THE CREDIT CARD THAT I SAID did not have the full amount
THE CREDIT CARD THAT I SAID did not have the $125 deposit
.......yet somehow this sweeeeeeeeet lady had misunderstood this and wants to now charge a deposit of $169 to THIS CREDIT CARD THAT I WHAT???????????
.....YES CLASS...THE CREDIT CARD I DID NOT WANT TO USE, BECAUSE WHY?....THATS RIGHT AGAIN CLASS...THE CAR THAT WAS PAID FOR IN FULL TO BE SHIPPED.
U LEARN FAST,, YOURE CATCHING ON. IM PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT IN CASH WHEN THE DRIVER SHOWS UP...WHY???????? CAUSE THE RECEIVING END ALREADY PAID FOR IT IN FULL......TO BE SHIPPED. YEAH
NOW.....THIS SWEET TRANSACTION NOW BROUGHT ACCUSATIONS OF ME BEING ACCUSED OF "NOT SAYING THIS,OR MAKING IT CLEAR, OR NOT UNDERSTANDING.
THIS IS WHAT I STATED, AND WAS CONTRACTED . THIS IS WHAT I EXPECTED.....
WHAT I GOT WAS BEING CALLED A LIAR. AND MADE AN ASS OF. THIS SWEET LADY ACCUSED ME OF BEING WRONG. WHEN SHE WAS 100 % IN THE WRONG.
I THEN HAD ANOTHER WOMAN GET ON THE PHONE ,STRAIGHT UP CALL ME A LIAR AND STATED SHE REMEMBERED "SITTING AND OVERHEARING ME BOOK THIS DEAL" SHE REMEMBERS HEARING ME BEING TOLD OF A CHARGE TO MY CARD."
SHE REMEMBERS.???? IS IT HER JOB TO SIT AND LISTEN? SHE THEN SNIPS OUT "WELL,WHY DID YOU GIVE US YOUR CREDIT CARD THEN? HUH?HA?HUH? HEH?"GOT CHA THERE"
...WELL...SIMPLY BECAUSE I WAS "MISLED" INTO BELIEVING IT WAS ..DEFINITELY,ONLY BEING USED TO" SECURE" THE CONTRACT/TRANSACTION. WHICH IS COOL..I UNDERSTOOD THAT AS LETS SAY, I SCREW THEM ,BY NOT HAVING THE CAR READY, OR SHIP IT ELSEWHERE CHEAPER ,OR BASICALLY JUST STICK IT TO EM...THAT THEY ATLEAST HAVE SOME TYPE OF WAY TO COLLECT .NOT TO CHARGE THE DEPOSIT TO. THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD.THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED, NOT WANTED. I CONTRACTED WHAT I NEEDED!!!!!!!I EVEN ASKED AGAIN.SHE SAID"NO CHARGE ON CARD". PERIOD. this means( NO CHARGE)
SHE IS A LYING PIECE OF $%&#, AS I WAS TOLD OFF BY HER, AND TOLD THE CONTRACT WAS VOIDED, AND DRIVER CANCELLED, I ENDED THE CALL BY CLOSING MY CELL PHONE. I ALSO SAID THE "B" WORD. WELL CELL PHONES HESITATE WHEN YOU JUST CLOSE IT. SHE HEARD THAT.
MY BAD THERE I SUPPOSE.I SAID IT AFTER HANGING UP...but who cares
NOW I CALL BACK AND PLEAD FOR THEM TO LET THE DRIVER STILL COME, IM PAYING CASH. THEY SAID NO. AND GOT ALL IGNORANT ON ME. WELL GUESS WHAT ..THE DRIVER SHOWED UP AND TOOK MY CAR. I PAID HIM IN CASH IN FULL AT PICKUP, JUST LIKE I CONTRACTED.so easy.. MEANWHILE.. THE "B" LADY SENDS ME A NASTY EMAIL, SAYING "SHE HEARD I TRIED TO BRIBE THE TRUCKER INTO COMING ANYWAYS, AND THat,'"THAT JUST ISNT GOING TO WORK,they arent getting snaked outta their money".IM A LYING A HOLE,..BLAH BlAH SNOTYY SNIPPY BLAY
.WELL HA HA "B" THE TRUCKER HAD ALREADY CAME AND GOT IT!! HA ha IM ROTFLOL
I EMAIL HER THIS INFO, AND TOLD THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY COLLECT THEIR CONTRACTING FEE OF $169, SHE THEN SAYS THAT SHE ...YEAH...THAT "SHE" CONVINCED THE DRIVER TO COME HERE ANYWAYS, BECAUSE HE HAS KIDS TO FEED...
GIMME A BREAK--THATS NOT THE CASE
WHAT A BUNCH OF "F"-UPS!!!!!!!!!WOW,WOW,WOW,WOW,...WOW!!!!!
NEVER AGAIN. I D I O T S

| It is quite disheartening to have to deal with someone of this caliber. The lies in this review are numerous and appalling to say the least. Mr. Jeff Vican placed his order on April 25/2008 at 12:40 pm with a pick up availability of 4/27/2008. When placing his order he never once let us know that he wanted to pay the whole amount on pick up. Barbara processed his order then called him back to get his deposit information at which time he gave her his credit card. They had a lengthy conversation of which I happened to be standing there during the time of. They spoke of a mutual acquaintance whom he had just spoken with and had told him what a great company we were and how please he was that this time he was with a company that would take care of him. They also spoke of the time frame involved with getting this vehicle moved. He NEVER in all this time said he needed to pay the whole amount up front as it was already paid for by the buyer of the vehicle. We work with our customer’s to provide many options to make their transport as pain free as possible and would have worked with him on this issue had we KNOWN! Communication is of the utmost importance to us and we go out of our way to accommodate our customer’s and their needs, even at our own expense sometimes. We dispatched this load to Elite Transport on 4/29/2008 to be picked up that very day. Since it was being picked up very quickly we called Jeff to inform him that a driver was on the way and once the driver called us with confirmation of pick up we would then and only then run his card for his deposited amount. Well let’s just say at this point Jeff went off. He said this could not be done as he now only had $20.00 available on this card and he would just pay the driver the full amount upon pick up. Barbara explained to him that this would have had to been set up at the time the order was placed and was against what was in the Terms and Conditions to which he agreed to abide to and by when placing his order. (3. Red Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. will not collect deposit until we have confirmation of pick-up. Deposit is paid to Red Carpet Auto Transport, Inc; not to the carrier/driver. At time of order placement, customer will need to provide deposit payment information, which will be placed in the file until pick-up confirmation is received. Upon confirmation of pick-up, Red Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. will charge credit or debit card or process Personal check electronically for the deposit amount only. Remaining balance will be paid to the carrier/driver upon delivery of vehicle(s).) At this point he became verbally abusive using completely unacceptable language and calling her all kinds of foul names. Barb immediately came to me in tears, explained to me what was happening. I proceeded to get on the phone with Jeff and I too had to deal with his unacceptable language and behavior. I let him know that I would not tolerate him abusing my employees verbally or otherwise. That is when he proceeded to call me a “B” and told me to “F” off and then hung up. I called him right back and told him his transport was cancelled with our company and we were calling our contracted carrier to inform them of his action and let them know we no longer carried the contract to have this transported and we would appreciate them not taking the load either. I must apologize if you do not agree with my next statement but I am in no way of the mindset that “The customer is always right!” We are all human so we all at one |
