Let me start first with the office staff. They were very prompt in returning emails, when I called I almost always got a live person, and they were very friendly, helpful - great people to deal with. Mine was a tricky move in that it was a full size van, and I found out later that it is sometimes difficult to get drivers to go North of the East/West Interstates for the Northern States. A lot of truckers offered to pick it up for $300 - $400 over the quote, Agape dismissed them without involving me. When they told me the main problem, they did not ask for more money either directly or indirectly, and were willing to keep working to meet the quote. I offered to pay more, they worked until they found someone that did it for only $75 more - trust me I was very thankful and happy to pay the extra (Agape was one of the low quotes). The van was picked up and delivered on time, and it was in very good condition. There were no hidden or extra charges, the original quote plus $75 for the extra fuel. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I am looking at buying another car in one of the southern states, and trust me, I am not even going to bother shopping for a quote, I am going straight to Agape.
