My overall experience with Alpine Transport was EXCELLENT! from the time I first called, I got an immediate response from my acct. executive, who booked a date for me.I gave her a visa over the phone for the deposit (which was very reasonable) I requested a pick up date on or around the 21st... low and behold it was exactly on the 21st! I was contacted a day prior to pick up from the driver Mike, who was very professional curteous and on time. He picked up the car from my storage unit with the attendant ( I was not present) it wasn't easy to get to with the 18wheeler, so he and the attendant worked together.
I wasn't sure how quickly I would recieve the car, but surprisingly it arrived on Saturday (picked up on Monday) I felt that was VERY reasonable considering it came from Vermont (everything takes longer out of there since it's not "on the way" to anything.)
Roger called me in the a.m. on Sat. to give me an estimate on timing. I brought an envelope of cash for the balance, Roger (the driver that took over from the first driver, Mike somewhere along the way) he took the car off the truck, perfect condition and we exchanged keys for the envelope.
I would certainly use Alpine again, it was easy, pleasant, successful, and timely.
