Review:First time auto transport user. Had to relocate from NJ to CA on short notice due to work. Shopped around online and Direct Express has the 2nd lowest quote. The lowest one doesn't allow any personal items to be left in the car. I had two suitcases filled with books (nearly 100 lb) in the trunk and they are ok with it, so that saved me at least $50 to ship them separately.

Driver picked up the car on the time (Tuesday afternoon) we discussed over the phone. He told my dad, who was the one handled the exchange in NJ (I took the flight to CA in the morning), my car is the last one in his pick up route, from there he will drive straight to CA, he estimated the car will be delivered on Monday. So I was very surprised to receive a phone call from him on Saturday morning. The car arrived slightly dirty, but that was to be expected and otherwise in great condition.

Overall I am very happy with the experience and will use their service again if the need ever come up. Highly recommended.
