Subject: SCAM!
Review:This company practices fraudulent business practices. They never picked up my car, and waited over a week and half to tell me that they couldn't find a driver to pick up my car after I had already waited for one week. They also never called me to let me know this, I had to call them. Their lack of respect and concern for their customer became apparent when it came time for the refund of my $150 deposit. They said they couldn't issue a refund without a certified letter requesting the refund. I complied and sent the letter. One month later I have yet to receive my refund or a even a phone call, or email to let me know why they have still not issued my refund. I finally got a hold of the company today only to be hung up on, and then have my phone calls sent directly to voicemail. The only way I got to talk to someone again was by leaving a message pretending to be a potential customer. The so-called "customer service" representative told me today that I have to wait a week for her manager to call me to discuss my refund. This is not only unacceptable, but it is also illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I did end up shipping my car with Magic Carpet Auto Transport and received excellent service, and a better price.
