The car was shipped from Norfolk, VA to Los Angeles, CA. It was picked up by John with Empire Auto Transport the day after it was made available. That same day, I received an email from Sheila at Able telling me that the car had been assigned to a carrier. She provided me with John's cell number and I called him. He answered and told me that he would be arriving in LA in the folliwing 5-7 days. I called John a couple of times during his cross-country drive with questions and to ask for status updates but he never answered or called me back. He called me about 9 am to tell me that he would be able to drop off the car after 5pm that same day. He arrived at 6:30 and was very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons why iI selected Able (aside from the competitive price quote they gave me) was because they were one of the few carriers that would accept payment in full with a credit card in advance. Most wanted me to pay the driver in cash or with a money order at the time I took delivery and I didn't want to do that. Overall my experience with Able was good and I would definitely use them again.
