THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good reviews received have to be left by the company themselves. They all sound the same when reading them.

This company never picked up car. You see other bad reviews here and we are all being told the same thing. "Drivers Truck Broke Down"

Seems to be very common excuse by this company. If all trucks are broken down they need to get out of business.

I have now waited 6 weeks to get money back on car that was NEVER picked up.
They tell me I have to send a certified letter to get money back. First why should I have to do anything when they did not deliver????

OK here is the catch. First there contract is not even legal. Their contract states that they are in default if they do not pick up vehicle after 7 days of estimated pickup date. In my case they never did.

The contract states if you wish to cancel service you must send in certified letter (NOT TO GET REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED).

However this is not legally binding since they do not provide address to send certified letter to.

A legal binding contract would state

You must send certified letter to the following

However theirs does not. (FIRST SIGN OF A SCAM. HIDING CONTACT INFO)

When they do not deliver on service they will never contact you. I not once received phone call from this company once they got my money. Never to say they would be late nothing.

If you call and ask for money back they will tell you that you need to send in certified letter yet will not give you adress to send to. (TRUST ME I CALLED AND CALLED TO ONLY BE HUNG UP ON OR AVOIDED TRYING TO GET ADDRESS)

After many many phone calls of being avoided (YES THEY HAVE CALLER ID AND USE IT) I finally got someone there to give address.

Now I want to make a note here. If you are calling for refund this is what will happen. They will tell you they cannot find your file and that it is in the accounting department and they will call you back (AND NEVER DO). When you call them back they will not answer (GOTTA LOVE CALLER ID) or hang up on you when you do. Katie even went so far as one time to say they were faxing information to my bank to issue refund. HAHAHAHA I called bank and they never heard from company. Katie will lie to you on the phone just as fast as the rest and she is a pro at doing so.

OK So finally I decide to send the certified letter.
What do you know. two weeks after they receive this letter still no refund. Calls being avoided and hung up on once again. Katie loves to say file is with accounting yet it is funny how she asks my for my last name to look for it then comes back saying she cant find it and it is with accounting yet she calls me by my first name that I did not give her since she asked for last name. (INTERESTING) Maybe should not call her a PRO LIER like I did before since she slips up from time to time on the lies. SHe is still a ROOKIE learning from ANTHONY.

Bottom line is any company that hides its address yet tells you to send certified letter IS A SCAM.
Any company that avoids phone calls after they have your money IS A SCAM
Any company that makes rediculous rules to refund money WHEN THEY DID NOT DELIVER. IS A SCAM.
Any company not giving you your money back IS A SCAM.
And last but not least. Any company offering a service that does not deliver IS A SCAM!!!! and will not give money back. Lets not forget that one.

There is person there named ANTHONY NARCISE. Anthony claims to be employee when speaking to him on the phone. Yet the domain name for their website is registered to

Interesting how he claims to be employee and has company domain name registered in his name.

Well Anthony on 2 occasions played the "I AM ON YOUR SIDE" role.
He acts as employee and said he will get money back for you, You deserve money back YADA YADA NONSENSE. Yet remember this is the guy who took your money to begin with and who is keeping it so you do not get it back and on both occasions I never got money back.

Now I am going to pursue this with the police and through legal action of my own.

For the rest of you I can pretty much guarantee the GOOD reviews you see on this company are written by them. When you hire someone to do something and they do you move on. How many times did you feel the need to go online and write about it??? A scam company will also be company who will write fake reviews to keep the scam going.

It is the mad people who find websites like this and leave reviews. We want justice. We want revenge for being scamed.

The last three reviews left right after many bad ones all look the same word for word. Read them closely and you will know what I mean. They seem very scripted to me.
I find it hard to believe that a company that acts this way, that steals money that does not answer phone calls. That never calls you (also notice how last bad reviews in a row all complain about no communications then a good one pops up saying how they called them so many times??? And we are expected now to believe it is real?????)
But a company acting this way I find very unlikely that they did such a good job for others that they felt the urgent need and desire to spread it to the whole world.
Funny how all say at end they would recommend to friends and family.

These fake reviews are to lure you in to steal your money as well.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
First I ordered a car shipped 3 weeks ago that was ready to go. I was told by employee George Miller car would be picked up within 5 days. It is now 3 weeks and nothing.
I bought car from ebay.com that person sold to get out of their yard. This company never contacted me or gave any information. Once they got my money I did not hear from them again. I had to called several times to get updates which then I was only told "I will look into it".
Today I told them I wanted it cancelled because I have to hire another company who will really pick the car up and that I want refund of money.
First someone there at ectension 204 had the nerve to tell me "you order pizza you eat pizza does not meany you get money back".
I could not believe this was even said to me. First it is not even the same. At least there I received what I paid for. Here it was take money and do nothing that was promised.
I was then put on hold where I was then hung up on. 4 more phone calls all hung up on me.
Finally another try I hit extension 202 where I spoke to someone else. This person put me on eternal hold. Finally I hung up and for once someone there called me saying I need to send a certified letter saying to cancel in order to get my money back.
Why should I have to mail them anything??? I was on the phone with them so they should cancel. They should also know they did not pick up the car and give money back. I know as well with this letter I will not see money. They tell you to send letter yet no where do you get an address. I had to call several times to try and get it with no luck then finally someone did.
The only certified letter this company is getting from me now is a law suit.
