| Poor Service for Military member |
I personally chose this company because of the "military" clients that they advertise on their website. Additionally they were the most reasonably priced quote I recieved. I will admit to having reservations prior to choosing them due to one poor review I read on them. However, I chose them based on their work for the military (I am a US Marine) and the price I was quoted. I read everything on their website all the disclosures, etc. I placed an order on or about March 12, the first day that my truck was available for pickup was March 15. I waited roughly 5 days before I called the first time, I was checking their website for the most updated information available at least twice per day. On the day I called I was told that the sales manager, Lewis, was personally looking into the problem and I should expect a phone call within the next day or so. Four days later I called again, I was told there were no drivers available. At this point I became very concerned as the route I was requesting transport on is Interstate 40 a very busy truck route. However, I waited a few more days and called again to speak with Lewis. I was told that my truck will be picked up the next day and to tell my Father to expect a call from the driver. Three days later my Father still had not heard from the driver so I called again. This time I was told that the driver should be calling by Tuesday. I have never recieved a return phone call from anyone with this company, I have always been the one to initiate contact with them. I have paid for the service in full but have not recieved satisfaction as of yet. It si a great inconvenience not to mention very annoying. The vehicle in question belonged to my now deceased Grandfather and is of great sentimental value to me. I found this website on Monday morning, so I am submitting my review of them now. I will be calling Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune contracting this morning and recommending that they definitely not use this company I will also be posting on military.com and any other webiste I can review them on. If my truck is not delivered within the next 10 days I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, as I can't afford to just tthrow away $485 on a Marine Corps salary. In short I will nto use this company again.
