after reading the many positive reviews here, i called fred and immediately understood why his customers have been so happy. he was frank, informative, helpful and a man of his word with regard to the various features associated with my first ever auto transport. the quote was great, the availability of the transport was the very next day, even as fred cautioned that my last minute call/needs might be hard to schedule quickly. the quoted price was for an open carrier, but here again, the gods were with me, as the company that called me had one space on an enclosed carrier that was available the very next day. the transport went well. the company involved was a bit slow returning my messages, but, in the end, did everything i could think of to make my particular experience a very positive one. if you're doing this for the first time, as i just did, GO WITH FRED. i'd use his company again, without a doubt.
