We signed up to have a like new 2006 Mercedes-Benz hauled in an enclosed trailer from Texas to New York. The vehicle has still not been picked up two weeks after being scheduled with two different truckers. The first time I was contatcted for pick up and I was called to tell me a truck was scheduled. I asked a simple question if they could give me a rought estimate of the time of day for pick up. They put me on hold for a few minutes and then told me that although my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up today that trucker was never notified and they woould need to reschedule. I said ok and they rescheduled for several days later. The truck was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 8AM. At 5AM a trucker showed up at my house with a pickup truck pulling an open trailer saying they were going to haul my car to NY. The contract stated a closed trailer. We now still don't know when they may reschedule and when we asked for our deposit back they told us they will not refund our money becasue we have cancelled after a truck was scheduled. Needless to say this is one company that does not seem to be able to get anything right and even when they have made multiple mistakes hold the customer responsible.

They have now agreed to refund part of our money but do not feel that they owe us all of it!

I don&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t understand why some people have to lie while the truth may sufice.
Today, the day he cancelled his order is only the 6th business day since Robert Rajeski had placed his order. On the 2nd day we had it scheduled for pick up the 1st time and on the 4th day for the 2nd time. Our contract clearly states that if he cancels after we have it scheduled there is a $50 charge. Now we find out that he is trying to go behind our back to avoid our brokerage and book it directly with the carrier and he has the nerve to complain about our $50 charge. Most companies retain the full deposit amount.
What Mr. Robert Rajeski from Seratoga Springs,NY 12866 is doing is simply fraud and anyone googling his name should be aware of it.
