| Do Not Deal With This Company |
I spoke to Dianne on a Tuesday and she told me there is a space on a truck that is leaving on thursday and she can reserve a spot for extra $75 for expedited services. So she added that to my original quote that I received from her. She sant me the contract and on the shipping service she put: Standard, I then told her to change that and then she said there is nothing such as expedites, its either guaranteed or ASAP sh she changes it to ASAP, I asked her y not guaranteed, then she wanted to charge me another extra $85, that was the 1st lie.
I asked her for the truckers phone # and she gave me James trucking company, aphone # that never exissits. On Thursday the driver was supposed to call, he never did, then I called Dianne and she started coming up with all sort of execuses from snow to traffic and the driver couldn't pick up my car, then Friday and Saturday Dianne stopped answering my phone calls when she sees my #. We now only can communicate by email. then she emailed me saying she found a new truck and then can deliver my car toa different city and my car will be picked up on Tuesday which is 6 days late pick p,I asked her about the extra $75 for expedited services and she never replied. I had enough of her lies and I refused to have my car shipped to the city that is 4 hrs far,and I asked her to give me back my full $145 deposit, she only wanted to refund me $75, so I disputed the charges and Im waiting on my credit card company.
At end, all Dianne does is she takes your deposit and she hopes that u cancel so she get to keep $75, and she lies about everything and she is very rude and has no customer service skills, and after she get deposit she never answes the phone.

IMPORTANT INFO ON THIS REVIEW! This entire review is fraudulent. Below are
actual transcripts from the customer & broker. Due to the rules of this
site, this review can only be removed by the customer, however, legal action
is pending against Mr Mooa'taz Loulou (reviewers actual name). We believe
that he has posted this maliciously for reasons that are rooted in bigotry
and sexism. This order was booked and scheduled for the 21st with a 3 day
window, the customer cancelled that truck on the 22st, then reinstated his
order that afternoon. It was rescheduled for delivery to a different border
location with the customers approval (see emails below),it was going to
Ontario and our second truck arrived to pick it up and was turned away by
the customer. Please see transcript of actual customer/broker emails below:
PLEASE NOTE< THE ORDER GOES NEWEST AT THE TOP, OLDEST AT THE BOTTOM

Am I speaking to two different people here? The last conversation we had you
told me that sending it to Port Huron was fine as long as you had 3 days
notice to fax the paperwork to that border. As for your $75, you cancelled
the day the vehicle was supposed to be picked up last week!! We had to
cancel that truck, and then we started the whole process all over again when
you decided to reinstate your order later that same afternoon. I really
think either I am speaking to two different people or there is a language
barrier here, because what you told me (and please reference the email where
you asked info on the alternate delivery location, I can forward it to you
of you need it) last week and what you are saying today are two different
things. I have done quadruple the amount of work here than any other order I
currently have because you are so indecisive. The truck is arriving tomorrow
to pick up, this would be the second truck I am sending with you cancelling.
At this point you are going to be responsible for the fuel these truckers
are spending in trying to pick up your vehicle unless you actually allow us
to pick it up, or is this some sort of weird game?
You did speak to the trucker, they have the call log & caller ID to prove
it, you were trying to be sneaky.
You did tell me on Friday that the Port Huron/Sarnia border would be fine,
you said that you had called the border and they needed 3 days notice for
you to send the paperwork.
So, here we are, with a truck booked for tomorrow that you spoke to. Now we
will have to cancel him and start looking for yet another trucker. This is
absolutely ridiculous. I also called your credit card company and spoke to
Merchant Services, I explained the situation and faxed a copy of our emails
showing this email from you to me:

They agreed that I was correct in assigning this to Port Huron/Sarnia and
they agreed that it appears I have gone above and beyond my duties. I have
clear documentation that you knew there was a window for pick up, that the
truck was scheduled and you cancelled the day it was to be picked up, and
that you agreed to have the car brought to a different border.
I will call this trucker and cancel him, and I will start a new process to
find you another truck, yet again. However, do not try to scare me with
threats about your credit card company, as I already spoke to them and
explained my side. I believe I am completely correct and proper in my
actions. I am not cancelling your order, you are yet again, cancelling and
reinstating your shipment. As we are starting a new window, the timeframe is
again, as you are used to, at least 3 days before I can reasonably get a
truck to pick up. So now instead of getting your car delivered to Canada
this Friday, I most likely won't be able to deliver it before Monday.

I have never called the company. I don't know what you are talking about. I
can't make it to Michigan this week regardless which company is. If you can
deliver the vehicle to Buffalo and take $75.00 from my bill I will continue
to work with you. Otherwise we will go thought dispute with credit company.

My trucker just called me and said you attempted to illegally double broker
this order through them, is that correct?? Do you know that that is
underhanded, unethical, and in complete disregard to the work I have done on
this order? What exactly are you trying to do? Truckers are honest, hard
working people and will not get caught up in such deceit. This trucker has
called and stated they will only ship the vehicle because of their
relationship with us, and they wanted to make sure we knew what type of
person you are. I am completely disgusted with you.
I just faxed over the contract. Hope you received it. Please note following
address where my car is located:
Hey,
I'm not mad or agree I am disappointed that you did not replay back to my
e-mail or returned my calls. All I needed from you is confirmation for space
on the truck with phone number and name as well as copy of booking report. I
am not comparing you to the other companies I am just letting you know about
my past experience. And I know you have good reputation and that is why I
booked with you.
Please provide me with information that I have requested. And I will be very
thankful.

I worked hard to make sure you not only understood all the shipping
stipulations, but did everything possible to get your vehicle shipped
rapidly. I stated many times in the emails below that you needed to give up
a pick up window, I was actually emphatic! I am sorry that you feel I have
in any way been dishonest, but that is truly in your own head. I wish you
luck with your shipment, and the best for your future.

Hey, what is the problem here!!! I have told you repeatedly that you have a
truck assigned. I have gone over and over the fact that the truck had a
window, not a set time & day to pick up. Last night he got delayed by snow
and he is trying to get to the p/u location before sunset. I am NOT those
other companies, so please do not transfer your angst to me. I will email
you when I speak to my trucker again, it is still 4 hours from sunset!
Dianne
Ok I just refaxed it. Let me know if you do not get it.

be the 24th. We cannot guarantee that, therefore that page is voided.Sorry

Legally, I cannot give you a guaranteed delivery date. The best I can do is
say that the average shipment takes 3 to 4 days from p/u. If there are
adverse weather or road conditions, or mechanical issues with the truck,
that can affect the delivery timing. Unfortunately, car shipping is not like
FedEx, truckers cannot give out guarantees and the DOT does not allow us to.

So I will receive my car on Sunday or Monday morning correct? Please send me
contract that says " expedited ? " so I can sign it.

The shipment takes on average 3 to 4 days, the car will leave once he
finished picking up the 7 cars. The approval code is for customers who wish
to pay in full up front, if customers do that there is a 3% fee, however, as
you are not paying with a credit card upfront this will not apply to you.
Thanks!

Perfect. Thank you. Now, he is arriving on Thursday. When is he leaving with
my car for Buffalo? Will I received it this weekend? ? Also on the contract
I don't understand what do you mean by approval code #? Do I need that? And
will 3% be applied to me?

Diane,
I just want to get this clear. You can't guarantee me that my car will be
shipped on Thursday, Feb 21 from Alabama? Correct?
ML
>>> "Quotes Department" <Quotes@Auto-relocators.com> 2/19/2008 9:56 AM >>>
No, asap means that we will ship this out on the first available truck at no
additional cost. Getting a guaranteed date will require that I hire out a
local tow service to pick up your vehicle on that date and store it for the
transport truck. The average cost for that would be $85 plus any storage
fees. Would you like me to find a tow service? If not, we will ship this
asap and you will receive 24 hours notice prior to p/u.

Diane,
Thank you for changing it to ASAP. This means that its guarantee that it
will be picked up on Feb. 21, 2008 since I am paying extra for that service.
Is that correct?
