WoW!!!! I have to say before my whole experience with transport companies I was really blind. World wide auto performed corrective eye surgery and now I clearly see how everything works. From the moment I requested an online quote World wide responded informing me that I would receive a phone call from a personalized representative to give me a quote ( it was really quick). I originally spoke with Gavin he was very helpful in answering all my silly questions, he explained, "that he's heard it all before and that there was no harm in asking if I didnt know". He completely walked me through the whole process. What was really great also, is that they didnt charge me anything until my car was scheduled for pick up. I've heard horror stories about companies and their high deposits and most of the time they charge up front and they are non-refundable : ( My car was picked up fairly quickly the driver was courteous and delivery time was sooner than I expected also, but that was a good thing. The driver called me before he delivered the car just to make sure I was able to be at the delivery location. I informed the driver that my house is on a road that I didnt think would be a good idea to have a 18 wheeler try to navigate on, so I suggested if it wasn't a problem for him if he could meet me at a nearby shopping center. He was so kind to help me out and meet me. All and all I was really impressed with the customer service and the attention to detail that the representatives at Worldwide Auto showcased. I will definitely tell all my buddies to give them a call if they ever need a car picked up.
