I am very pleased with my experience with Specialty Mobile Systems. I received quotes for moving two vehicles to Florida and my actual cost was the same as the quotes I received. My request for quotes was answered within a few hours of the online request. I was able to speak directly to someone at the company when I called in for additional information concerning possible pickup times. I was able to move both vehicles with a days notice. I originally chose to move the Ford Fusion and leave the other one in California so I arranged the transport for that vehicle. I decided to move the other vehicle so I called back to see if it could be done at the same time. The second vehicle was a extended cab Dodge truck up on 38" tires, 7' at the top of the cab. The company moving the Ford wanted more than the quote given to me to include it with the Ford. Specialty Mobile Systems said they could get it moved for the price of the quote if I could wait. The truck was loaded 5 days after the Ford and arrived in Florida in 5 days. The Ford also arrived in 5 days. Both transporters kept in touch all the way across the country and arranged for the vehicles to be delivered at our convenience. The transporter personnel were professional in all contacts. The vehicles arrived without damage and with the same amount of gas they left California with which is more than I can say for local wrecker drivers!

Specialty Mobile Systems was recommended to me and I would use them again as well as highly recommend them to anyone. The rapid response both with the quote and with any follow up communication was exceptional. They really worked hard to make this experience easy for me.
