Subject: Terrible Service
Review:I had my tacoma transported from texas to bellingham, and they told me I would be notified when the vehicle would be picked up, and also they would be able to reasonably track the vehicle during the transportation. Well, I didn't even know the vehicle had been picked up for 4 days. I just happened to phone the dealership and they told me it had been picked up.

Not once would the driver answer his phone or return any calls. As well, I had less than 24 hours notice on the delivery of the vehicle and since I'm living in Canada there was no way I could meet the driver in time.

So AAA told me they would have to store it at their terminal south of Seattle which was going to cost me an extra 300.00 to fly down to seattle. However, the driver takes it upon himself to take my tacoma to a different open yard storage facility in Mill Creek, which is 100 miles away. Again I didn't find this out until 2 hours before I'm supposed be picking my vehicle up. THIS WAS A COMPLETE CLUSTER AND IT COST ME AN EXTRA 500.00 WITH FLIGHTS AND AN EXPENSIVE CAB FARE.

NEVER USE THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY
