I appreciate the support that specialty mobile gave me. They were respectful of my needs and especially respectful of my Grandfathers car! I was quite anxious and very leary of transporting my Grandfathers 46 Ford Super Deluxe Coupe across the country, but it had to be done. After doing some research on line, contacting the BBB and holding phone interviews with auto transport companies I settled on Specialty Mobile. From the initial contact they made me feel as if I were a returning customer and were very user friendly. I had a host of questions which were answered promptly and thouroughly. There was a delay in the pick up. I was origianlly scheduled for pick on the 29th of December but due to some miscommunication it was not picked up until the second week of January. The company contracted to pick up were extremely helpful. The driver/loader who picked up the car definately knew his business. When the vehicle arrived the driver literally drove the truck right to my doorstep. He drove the vehicle off the truck and I placed it in my driveway. At no time did the driver ask about the payment. His priority was ensure the load was safely placed where I wanted it. I paid the driver and he wished me goodluck and bid me farewell. And he was a real good driver too, if anyone knows, North Carolina has some dark, two lane, winding roads with no street signs, he was able to find his way to the front of my neighborhood in which I was able to guide him in the rest of the way. Good Job! I will definately use Specialty Mobile for all of my future auto transport needs.
