Cascade dropped the ball, Gentle Touch picked it up. Cascade took forever to find a truck, but when I was put in touch with Todd, he truly saved the day. He was late picking the truck up due to being stuck on a closed Interstate due to a snowstorm. Once he had it though, he went above and beyond, taking the long way to avoid closed mountain passes, and putting in extra hours to ensure I received the truck within the tiny window of opportunity that I had. The truck was dirty, but I didn't give them anytime to clean it either, I was racing a border that was only open till 3:30 then closed for the weekend. I'd recommend Gentle touch to anyone. They were in constant cell phone contact with me, kept me up to date, and as mentioned, got me my truck on time despite horrid weather. Thanks, Todd and Katie!!
