I called on a Thursday to book transport of my mother's Camry from Arizona to Massachusetts. Eric called me back later that afternoon to tell me that he found a carrier and the car could be picked up the next day. The transporter (Sam) called my mother and arranged to pick up the car at her convenience. My mother lives in a condominium complex that cannot accomodate a big car carrier so Sam parked a block away, walked in and picked up the car after a thorough inspection of the car. One week later the car arrived in exactly the same condition (albiet a little dusty, as I'd been advised would be the case). This could not have been easier.

Many of the companies on this website are brokers who maintain relationships with the actual transporters. Eric must have a great reputation with the transporters because he was able to line up a driver in such a short amount of time. The actual transporter (Sam) could not have been a nicer person. My family had a medical emergency on the night the car was arriving and at the last minute Sam brought the car to a neighbor's house.

I was dreading arranging this transport and I cannot stress how effortless Eric and Sam made this for me. I would highly recommend 1st Haul without reservation. Many, many thanks.
