I did all my research and I thought that this company seemed reputable, however I was wrong. At first the customer service was stellar, but as soon as they got my deposit, that changed. After they received the deposit I was NO longer a priority to them, and my questions and concerns were not answered in a timely matter.
First off they never emailed me the drivers name and contact and info like promised....until I called and called and emailed and finally, FOUR days after I was supposed to recieve the info they emailed me back with the drivers name and number.
Secondly, they picked up my car two days late. I know that the weather conditions in my area were not favorable however they could have told me ahead of time that my car may not be picked up on the date requested. I had planned my flight around they agreed up pick up time. I had a heck of a time finding a someone to meet and deliver my car the the transporting company since I had no idea when or where the pick up would occur. When I finally found a friend who agreed to make pick up arrangements with the driver (I couldn't do it since I had already left via plane) the transporter came two days later than he had arranged with her, making her wait around for two nights....with very little communication on when he was going to arrive.
When the driver finally arrived in vegas he called and told me to meet him at a truck stop 30 mins away from my home. I was to meet him at 6pm, he didn't show until 7:15pm without so much as a phone call to say he was going to be late. On top of that he took 3 1/2 hours to get my car off. I was furious! Clearly this guy didn't know what he was doing. And he puttzed around with NO sense of urgency.
On top of everything, my attena is totally broken. It was clear it must of hit some kind of overpass or something that the truck couldn't clear. I know that attena's are not expensive but's it's just the principal and I have asked Move On Time to pay me for the damages but they haven't.
This company is only a broker, and unless you like unorganization and flying by the seat of your pants when it comes to transporting one of your most valued possessions, don't use this company! I have transported many vehicles before and never have I been so distatisfied.
