NEVER EVER USE IT - STAY AWAY

BAD experience with this company. Too bad I didn't read the review prior placing the order.
I have emailed them for a quote. Very promt! It seemed appealing. I have called and placed an order. Because I wasn't able to be there at the delivery time I had to pay everything up front. Not a problem! Paid! They said that will take up to 7 days for the car to be picked up. Time passed, nothing happened. I have called every single day. Some answer "Still working on it. Haven't found a carrier yet". Then I wanted to cancell my order and I was told that will be $100 non refundable if I cancell before 15 days. I said ok, if I call on Dec.20,07 can I cancell my order? Yes, came the answer. Nothing happened for the next few days and their 15 days passed. I called to cancelled my order and I was told that I can't do that today. Call back tomorrow. I was very upset and I asked to talk to the supervisor/manager. So I talked to the supervisor, Jeff, explained the situation and demanded my money back. He cancelled my order.
I was expecting my refund in the next week or so. AGAIN NOTHING! I called, left message. NOTHING. Called again. Well, it takes 7-10 bussiness days to get a refund. Ok! It's been almost A MONTH and still nothing. I called my bank, explained the situation and I have opened a dispute.
I've never thought that I would go through a situation like this. REALY BAD! This kind of company should be taken out of the bussiness. I WOULD NEVER USE this company again and definatly NOT RECCOMANDED to anyone else. A DISGRACE!
