Review:

Car New Orleans to Tempe, AZ. Contracted door to door. A day late & 20 mile drive to a scarey truck site car was loaded. Called when I got a ride home-15 miles from door to door!!
Didn't want car shipped. Was told to go back to site by dispactcher-DAVE and pay driver FRED $200 CAS. aFTER 2 HOURS - NO CAR--State2State Yalle & Gilles (in Florida???? 954 area code)
did not answer my calls--nevr showed up at truck stop.
STOP THIS RIP OFF COMPANY_____IWANT MY CAR BACK!!!.
How can you list their name for others to fall prey to!!!!!

The car is not missing, it has been delivered since last week. The car was picked up on time according to the estimated pick up dates. The customer aggreed to meet the driver at a close by truck station where the driver was, it was 10 miles away from her home, to release the car because of the bad weather. If she was uncomfortable with this or did not want to ship the car, why did she release the car to the driver then? I had spoken to her several times and the transport was ok. The night she released the car to the driver, she left us nasty messages between 11 pm and 1 am, therefore our office is closed and we returned her calls the next morning when we were open. We did not rip her off, the service was provided accordinlgy. The vehicle was delivered to her son at his location when stated.
