I wish I had done more research before I decided to place an order with this terrible company. Never have I been so mislead by a company nor have I ever had such poor customer service. I should have just driven our truck to Florida myself, at least it would have gotten there. They lied from the beginning, told me they would make sure our truck got to Florida where my husband was recently stationed. I expressed how important it was that he have a vehicle soon so he could get back and forth to his base but that apparently didn't matter to them. The told me that my vehicle would be picked up a day or two after christmas. When I hadn't heard anything from them 3 days after Christmas, I called to find out when they would be picking it up. That's when they told me they hadn't even found a carrier for the truck! Over the next week I made several phone calls, every time speaking with a different person, and every time never getting any return follow up calls. I even left 3 messages for the general manager and couldn't get a call back. It wasn't until I spoke with the general manager's boss that I actually got a result. When I was finally able to cancel without a penalty fee they took forever to get my money back to me. Their name is a joke-they are not 'express' about anything and they sure as heck don't do much 'auto transport'. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and hope that other people unfortunate enough to have done business with this company will do the same.
