Subject: IF YOU LIKE STRESS This Is The Company For You!!!!!
Review:This is one company that customers need to STAY away from at all cost. They picked nup my truck from Wilmington,N.C. on 11/12/07 and they finally delivered it to Jacksonville, Florida only after I call the police department in Hampton,Ga which is where they are based out of. On tuesday 11/13/07 I heard from the driver and he told me that his truck had broken down and he would have my truck delivered the next day which was wednesday11/14/07. I never heard from the driver again until11/20/07 however all of the days between I was emailing and calling and as with many other customers that I found out that Gail nor Faye refused to answer my emails and telephone calls. I finally heard from this so-called part owner"Andrew" and he called me and left me this message trying to convince me that he had contacted central dispatch and that he was upset with the driver"Tony" whom he couldn't get in contact with.Andrew then assured me he would call me back and he never did so I called him and he said he had just had a glass of wine and he'd call me back on friday 11/23/07 well its now 10:27 pm on friday11/23/07 and I still haven't heard back from Andrew yet and on 11/24/07 I'll be leaving the USA for a couple of years. As I told AFT the drivers you sub contract to are your employees and are a direct reflection on you and your company and if he chooses not to check them out then that's negative publicity that AFT will have to deal with. On their website they claim to have a 5 out of 5 star rating and that's B.S. The military port that was awaiting my vehicle call AFT as well as the driver "Tony" to inform them tah a police report had been filed and shortly after their call that's whae I started getting calls. I can't STRESS enough that all customers need tosaty away from this company unless you love STRESS and PAIN...I actually have Andrew's voicemail message that he left and I plan on playing it for the BBB when I file my complaint with them...STAY AWAY FROM AFT LOGISTICS in Hampton,Ga.....

Hello Everyone and Mr. Wilson, (SEE THE UPDATE ON THIS CLIENT 12/14/07 BELOW)

Mr. Wilson has left out a few details that are most important in his complaint, especially how he felt that he was more important that anyone else, including the DOT, SCHP, HPD, the two grandparents that died and the fact that when he demanded calls, Andrew was 36,000 feet in the air for most of the week or laying to rest family members. And that Gail and Faye were off for Thanksgiving. It was also on the voicemail and the email out of office reply. Also, as you read you will find that their was no police report as the police and the DOT are the ones that had his car delayed and felt he was harassing and bullying anyone who would listen.

Mr. Wilson called to have TWO vehicles moved. At the last minute when the driver was enroute to get both of them he changed it to one vehicle. We had to change trucks again because the first truck had to have two to come down. He insisted that it be picked up no later than the 13th. AFTER scheduling the truck, he then changed his payment method which does not take credit cards so we had to change it over to Tony's truck.

Tony picked it up and before he got out of SC the DOT and the SCHP pulled the entire trailer because another customer had illegal substances in their car. The ENTIRE TRAILOR was pulled and held by the police and the DOT. THIS WAS NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT AND MR. WILSON WAS VERY AWARE OF IT.

Those are circumstances beyond our control and there is nothing we could have done to make the vehicle get there any faster and he was updated every day twice a day.

Once the load was released by the DOT and SCHP the vehicle was delivered within 7 hours.

Mr. Wilson's last minute changes (which we accommodated immediately) and the SCHP drug task force led to the delay in his delivery and there is nothing we could have done to further expedite it. We worked with him every step of the way.

As for Mr. Wilson's issues with Andrew. On 11/14/07 Mr. Wilson was told BY ME that the office would be closed for Thanksgiving week.

YES Mr. Wilson called Andrew 8 times, on Tuesday, and Andrew told him he was attending a funeral and then YES Mr. Wilson called him again for an update, one hour after his family lay to rest his Grandfather (whom raised him) and 35 minutes after Andrew just found out his Grandmother in Law passed away that day here in Georgia. At that moment, he did not have to, but chose to accommodate, once again, Mr. Wilson’s call. YES he had a glass of wine with his family while they toasted in Grandfather and Andrew explained where he was, why he was there , why he had a glass of wine and told him he would call him later as it was not good time for him to speak at that moment.

The Hampton Police Investigator called me personally to tell me of Mr. Wilson's 19 calls to them and how it would be harassment if he called them or us again and that he could not file a police report because his vehicle was perfectly fine and in the hands of the SCHP as two other officers already confirmed with him as well. The officer also explained to him that no-one, not even his million phone calls could have his car released until the SCHP and DOT completed their investigation. The officer told me not to be intimidated by Mr. Wilson and HE would file harassment charges if this continued.

Mr. Wilson, I understand your anxieties and need to control every thing around you. I hope you were thankful you could share it with them and hope you somehow can understand that we can’t control everything and learn to accept the positives in life. I am thankful that your vehicle is delivered, safe and on time as promised, and that my staff, in the mist of it all, still accommodated your calls and that they were able to spend time with their families and able to share in the celebration of those that passed during this week.

In case you are wondering, I am leaving to attend the funeral of Andrew's familly member here in GA today, YES, I TOO WILL HAVE A GLASS OF WINE with them in celebration of her wonderful life and I don't think the BBB would mind at all.

12/14/07 UPDATE:

AFTER BEING DELIVERED to port by the freight company he hired ,to the country he was transporting it to, HIS VEHICLE WAS "SEIZED BY CUSTOMS" for transport of illegal material hidden in the vehicle. Apparently Mr. Wilson's frustration with AFT, DOT, SCHP, HPD and Customs was for a larger reason than he led to believe. Funny how things work out.

I guess Mr. Wilson will be the one needing a glass of wine after all :_)
