Subject: EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Review:I was importing a 1970 Fiat 500 from Italy to the U.S. and one thing afer another just seemed to keep happening to hold up things--BUT EVERYTHING from the first phonecall to delivery of my car from the Customs hold to my home was soooo smooth...I wish that UAT could have handled everything for me! Arnold was awesome. It was he who first mentioned the fact that my wheelbase may not be large enough to fit onto a standard truck. (My car is slightly larger than those cars you see in the circus!) What he suggested worked well for me and came at a cost that was about $200 less than the other companies that i called. He kept me informed. When he wasn't available in the office another staff member called me, to keep me up to date. THEY CALLED ME! That was the terrific part. With the other two companies that assisted in my import, I was forced to call again and again to find out what was going on with my car...but not with UAT! Very, very COOL.

My car was delivered on time, and in fantastic shape. The driver was courteous, calling me ahead to let me know when he was close enough to my home so i wouldnt have to wait there all day wondering.

Then, after the delivery, Arnold called me AGAIN to make sure i was satisfied with the service. Definately. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has a car they love.
