Review:

I only chose to use this company upon recommendation from a friend only to find out that he mixed up the company name. Alex Whitaker is a liar!!! I spoke with him off and on for about a week before I scheduled the transport. He called and told me that their was an opening for the following two days. Pleased with the opportunity I scheduled the transport. After he received the money, it was impossible to contact him; I was redirected to customer service. When I spoke with customer service the day after the pick up date they told me that the trucks were broke down and that dispatch couldn’t contact them. This lead me to think of how it was possible for Alex to reach the truck driver and tell me their was an opening and the dispatch couldn’t even contact him?!?! Plain and simple…..he lied!!! This carried on for a week. Finally fed up I called them and demanded a refund of my deposit. They responded by literally yelling at me and stating that the contract I signed stated that they had two weeks from the scheduled pick up date. I complied and proceeded to call everyday until then. The excuse was the same throughout, trucks breaking down and no contact from dispatch. Finally the two week mark came and I readily contacted them for my deposit. They agreed and stated that they needed a formal letter to their company office. It was sent the next day and I received the money back in three days. I feel very blessed to get my deposit back($175.00) I have read others horror stories on this site and wish I knew about it before hand. Even though it didn’t cost me money my time was just as valuable(2 weeks) RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
