I recieved a phone call on September 19th that this company could pick up my car and deliver it to my door for $475.00. A $150.00 deposit was required. It seemed like a good deal. After my vehicle was not picked up on the first pick up date I contacted Robin and she told me the truck that was supposed to pick up my car was broken down in Texas. We set up another pick up date for only a few days later and was given the phone # of the pick up driver. I was not rude at any time of this conversation because I know that unfortunate things happen. The truck did not show up again the second time. I contacted the driver and he said that his truck had no more room on it for my vehicle and my order was cancelled. I was frustrated but patient. I contacted Robin again and she gave me the same reason for my inconvenience. She said my order was cancelled because Pascagoula, MS is not a high traffic area, which is false considering it is a high traffic area with a lot of industries and businesses. She put my order back "on the board" for another driver to pick it up. A few days later, I called Robin again. She said my car would be picked up yesterday by a company called Boat Right Transportation, October 5th after 2PM. I asked her three times if she was sure and she said yes. I asked for a contact number for the driver and she refused to give it to me. I waited all day and there was no service or even a phone call from the driver. I tried to contact Robin today but noone would answer the phone. I'm still waiting for the car to get picked up but I have a feeling that I was scammed out of 150 dollars. If I cancel they will take another 100 dollars. I may have to get another company to do business with me. I have tried to be patient and professional with this company but I have not recieved anything but the run around.
