| nightmare with them --some correction |
<There was a typo on the second carrier who helped us. Not ALT-IT should be AFT Logistics, Inc.> so I rewrote my review. <AFT Logistics is strongly recommanded>
BT Express Auto transport gave the lowest quote.
6/21: paid deposit.
7/4, they send me Email that a driver will pick up our car. Later on, they send another Email saying that the truck is broken and they are arranging another driver.
Then , our nightmare began. We were waiting, waiting waiting....and waiting.....forever.
1. Staci/BT never replied Email when asked a date or what's going on. The Email about unable to pick up car ontime is the last Email communication.
2. The person who answered the phone only repeat same words when we asked him to be honor with us->
a.your car is on our priority list.
b.We will try our best to resolve.
c. the driver is still fixing his truck
d. BUT there is "NO GUARANTEE"
Will they say "no guarantee" when they reply me with the quote at the first place? "No guarantee" is the worst word I have heard since doing business with different companies/industries. So remember this word , no guarantee, if after read my review and you still decide to go business with them.
7/18, I resend a quote request online. I got response from AFT Logistic. AFT is a great company who explained why no one picked up the car becuase BT listed the price too low.
Only I care is my car will be shipped on time. That's why I kept calling BT to be honor with me. I don't mind to add few hundreds dollars becuase I know the gasoline price is going higher and higher. But BT just tried to hide a truth from me. This company really have some problems to communicate with customers.
So we are in the new place but we have to rent a car before cancelling with BT and kept waiting.
Yes, they do refund. But will they pay the car rental fee we have spent in new place?
since it is a one time business, only good company like AFT is worth to be referred to other customers and remain business in this industry.
