| disgusted, appalled, outraged...i hope this company gets what they deserve |
basically, my experience is just another in a series of horrible, despicable events that have occurred with this company (and i use that term loosely); i really wish that they would read these reviews, even though they probably could care less; anyways my nightmare began when i found them to be the cheapest rate out there..and i so regret it cuz i paid through the nose in the end because of these crooks; so they quoted me 550 to take my car from Palm Beach, FL to Marlboro, NJ and they said it would take 4-5 days maximum...YEAH RIGHT; so first they said they would pick it up from my home and when that date arrived surprise surprise no one came; so i called them and they said "no one can come today..maybe tomorrow"; already realizing that this would be a recurring theme, i took the initiative to drive an hour to Ft.lauderdale and drop off the car myself at their "designated" pickup location; after the 4-5 days, i called to see what the status was of my delivery and they told me what came to be the theme of basically all my calls "uhh we're not sure, maybe in a day or two, the driver is running behind"; I kept calling every other day and would get the same answer; finally i asked to speak to someone in charge and i am not sure if his name was John, but whoever that "person" was, for lack of a better term, i will NEVER forget the way he treated me on the phone; i was simply asking what the status of my vehicle was since it's been many days past due and i was not getting straight answers..this guy literally THREATENED me multiple times on the phone and said that he would tell the driver to throw my car in some forest or ditch and that i would never see it again; i finally did receive my car after being a week late and after having to pay over 300 dollars in rental car fees; i am spending my time writing this because i wish nothing but misfortune, ill will, bankruptcy and destruction upon that individual and that company; they do not deserve to be doing business with anybody and i hope one day they will get the punishment they deserve; i even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! i would not have minded so much if it was just late and that was it..i mean i understand stuff happens; but they way they treat customers is appalling; i hope that bastard who i spoke with reads this and all the other complaints filed against this crook organization; all i have to say is what goes around comes around.......consumers beware because companies like this are nothing if they have no customers and hopefully one day this guy will be out on the streets homeless and begging for money and hopefully i will see him and spit on him
