| Still happy with Chariot |
We've used Chariot twice now, and both times the service has been excellent. Leah and Jamie were knowledgeable, friendly, and remembered me from one call to the next. They gave a military discount, too! The shipping price was still higher than I expected, and instead of just bringing the price down to suit me, they took the time to explain why it's important to offer more money to the drivers (not to Chariot, mind you) if I wanted the car to be picked up quickly. Since their deposit is so low, my total payment was still less than what many other transport companies quoted me.
My cars have been picked up and dropped off when (or sooner than) I expected, and the drivers have been mostly willing to accommodate in terms of pickup/drop-off times and locations. If we ever need to ship cars again, I will definitely use Chariot.
