I did a lot of searching for a company to ship my car across country and found Auto Transport Center. I was very pleased with the price in comparison to other companies and was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The customer service is great. I was able to handle all of my business via phone without being present for the pickup or delivery. My family was able to handle everything for me.

I arranged to have my vehicle transported from Florida to California at the beginning of the year around late Feb. early March. My scheduled time for transport was June 13, 2007. I was given a quote of $925 that required a deposit of $175 toward the move. Mark was my contact person who is very nice, personable, and professional. Due to unforeseen circumstances (medical sickness/surgery) I had to postpone shipping the car. I had no idea when I would be able to ship the car, I simply told Mark I would let him know when the time came. I appreciated his concern and interest in how I was doing.

The way Mark took care of my business made me feel comfortable and viewed as a person not just another number as other business do. It's nice to know that people remember that asking how you are doing and meaning it, goes a long way.

At the end of June around the 28th -30th I was ready to ship my car and called Mark. I informed him I would like to schedule to have my car shipped ASAP. July 4th was the following week and Mark informed me he would let me know if something became available because more time is generally requried for scheduling. He wasn't sure but told me he would let me know if something opened up in view of the holiday. Monday morning I got a call telling me my car could ship Tuesday July 3rd. Perfect!!! The car was picked up from my sister's place during the hours she was told they would pick up the car and delivered to my husband in California while I recovered from surgery in FL.

I could not have asked for a more understanding & yet professional business dealing then what I experienced. Again I would highly recommend Auto Transport Center.
