Subject: never picked up car
Review:Car was suppose to be picked up after June 18 and delivered after June 29. It is now July 9 the car has still not been picked up. Rep called me after i sent an email saying I would cancel the order and said go ahead. I do not think they ever had any intentions of moving my car. I do not know why they wrote me a contract. Now I am 2500 miles from home with no car and have to wait for another company to give me a contract.

WE DID TRY EVERYTHING TO MOVE THIS VEHICLE FOR ADRIANE. THE ONLY THING BAD ABOUT THE MOVE WAS THERE WAS AND STILL IS ALOT OF CARS IN FLORIDA GOING TO CALIFORNIA. THE CARRIERS COME OUT OF THERE FULL AND DRIVE RIGHT ON BY THE CARS IN ALABAMA, LOUISIANA, AND MISSISSIPPI. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA IS NOT THE BEST EITHER MOST CARRIERS WE USE WOULD RATHER GO TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND WITH THE AMOUNT OF CARS GOING THERE THEY JUST DON'T WANT THE ONES GOING UP NORTH. WE APOLOGIZE TO ADRIANE BUT WE TRIED EVERYTHING WE COULD TO GET THE VEHICLE TO HER. SOME TIMES IT IS A ROUTE PROBLEM NOT A PRICE PROBLEM.
