EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED

MY 2007 CORVETTE Z06 WAS SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP ON JUNE 11,2007 THE CAR WAS PICKED UP ON DATE PROMISED BUT IT SAT IDLE FOR FOUR DAYS UNTIL IT WAS PLACED ON AN AUTO TRAILER TRANSPORTER ON JUNE 15, 2007. THE ARRIVAL DATE WAS PROMISED TO BE IN CALIFORNIA WITHIN 5-7 DAYS OF PICK-UP. NOW AFTER CONTACTING THEIR OFFICE THEY STATED THE CAR WOULD ARRIVE IN CALIFORNIA ON THE 21TH AT THIER TERMINAL IN FORTANA . I SO I ASKED WHEN THE CAR WOULD BE DELIEVERED TO ME IN MY HOME CITY OF VISALIA CA THEY RESPONDED ON THURSDAY JUNE 28. I THEN REQUESTED THAT I WOULD DRIVE TO LOS ANGELES (FONTANA) LUGOS MFG. SO ON FRIDAY . JUNE 22 I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM MY BUSINESS TO TRAVEL TO FONTANA (268 MILES ) TO RETREIVE MY CORVETTE. WELL TO MY SHOCK AND DISGUSS MY CORVETTE NEVER ARRIVED (CONTACT PERSON AT LUGOS MFG IS LAURA AND RACHEL) I LEFT THERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND STRESSED OUT. THEY CLAIMED THE TRUCK THAT MY CORVETTE WAS ON WAS THE WRONG ONE THAT THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE ON THAT ONE. DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TERMINAL (LUGOS MFG) IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE IS TO RETURN ON MONDAY JUNE 25.. I TOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF FROM WORK TO RETREIVE MY CAR.. WHEN I ARRIVED THE REAR TIRE WAS LEADING AIR ACCORDING TO MY DASH BOARD DISPLAY. AND SURE ENOUGH I VISUALLY CHECKED THE TIRE AND IT TRULY WAS ALMOST FLAT. I CANNOT PROVE THE FACT THAT THEY PURPOSELY PUNCHURED THE TIRE BUT BEING AS IT MAY THE TIRE HAD TO BE REPAIRED. I AM EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISCOURAGED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH AN AUTO TRANSPORTING COMPANY... PEOPLE BE AWARE NOT TO USE AAA AUTO ADVANTAGE... READER BE AWARE!!
