I originally chose NAT to ship my vehicle across the country due to a very pleasant call from one of their custom service reps. He was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed for the process to take place. A week later the gentleman called me to confirm that I was still going to do business with their company. I asked him if the date I needed was available, and he said "YES" We did the deposit via fax and I had the date of pick up booked. I was told by the same rep that I would receive a call from the company a day before the pickup so I could inform the seller. I never received a call. I called NAT and asked to speak to the rep that was assisting me and they said he's busy, we can't find him all the excuses they could think of and not to mention they put me on hold many times and never picked me back up. After repeated calls to NAT I finally got a hold of someone. I explained my concern and wanted to know why I wasn't given a call to confirm the pickup and he told me that the pickup wasn't going to be until the week after the date I confirmed with the sales rep. I explained very politely that the seller was going on vacation and the vehicle had to be picked up and the sales rep confirmed that it was ok. The man who I was speaking to me got very nasty and was completely unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager. He was the manager. His name is Lou More. I asked him how you could treat a customer like this. He said if you don't like it you can take your business somewhere else and hung up on me. Very upset and frustrated I tried calling to speak to my original rep. I had a woman named Alehandra who assisted me. She was also very unhelpful and every time I asked her questions she showed absolutely no concern about my issue and gave me the run around as well. I am reporting them to the BBB. Please save yourself from doing business with them. I would not want anyone to go through what I did.
