HORRIBLE irresponsible RUDE people. Seriously how do you call yourselves a business?
I paid Caviness Auto Carrier and they found this courier. They did not call me ALL week and finally yesterday I called wondering why they did not call me when the delivery was supposed to be picked up today. Elena promised she would call me back last night and never did. I called all morning long, spoke to someone named Mika who said that the independent courier they used did not show up so it was not their fault and that they would be using a different driver. He promised to call me at 2 and said my car would be picked up at 3.

AFter calling for about an HOUR with noone picking up, finally Elena (how can you even be a customer service person? SO rude) picked up and started yelling about how I kept calling all day and that I was crazy . Turns out the driver is running late and she said its MY problem. I asked her why noone called me to tell me this and her answer was "I'm not Fedex."

VERY UNRELIABLE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Of course when I called Caviness to possibly cancel...they were unavailable and I got voicemail each time.

A transport courier should be reliable and courteous...AMBELA IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE. DO NOT USE.
