Bottom Line Up Front: Eric at 1st Call is a professional businessman who knows how to take care of the customer.

I was referred to 1st Call, along with 5-6 other transporters by the dealer I purchased my car from. After reading reviews on most of the potential shippers I requested quotes from five of them. 1st Call's quote was at least $160 less than the rest of the quotes. With this information I contacted Eric and started the process of setting up the shipping. Within two days I had received the transporter's contact information, as well as pick up and delivery times. The car was picked up on time in Florida and was delivered within four hours of the estimated time I had been given two days earlier. Although the four hour window was more than an acceptable to me, I was contacted twice between the original scheduled time and when the car arrived. Wayne (actual transporter) was extremely professional and courteous. When he called he informed me on where he was, what his next stop would be, and a revised anticipated delivery time. Once he got into town he agreed to meet me away from my house so I could pick the car up and deliver it as a surprise to my son. The car had nothing wrong with it and Wayne was very careful when unloading it from the hauler.

All in all the experience was easier and more professional than I could have asked or hoped for. I have purchased my last two vehicles online and will continue to do so in the future. When I need help transporting cars I will not look any further than 1st Call, even if I find a less expensive option (although that is highly unlikely). Honest and customer focused are the best ways to describe Eric and my experience with 1st Call. Thanks again Eric.
