STEER CLEAR DO NOT USE. PERIOD!! PLEASE READ!

Review:

First you get a medium to low estimate, not low enough to make you wary. Then when you call to speak with someone and they are pleasant and cordial. #1 when you call in person you get charged a $10 dollar fee when you dont book online (never informed just charged me more). When I called to asked to ask what the extra charge was for the formaly pleasant Lashawn simply snapped back like reading a qcard on how if I had read the details of contract (I never signed) I would have known I would have been charged more for not dealing with them online (site frequently wont work). REALLY, Obviously no one should call them they if this is the case for a ten dollar phone call She could have atleast talked dirty for me.
After two weeks and a little online research ,I wished I had never paid the 200 dollar ,strike that $210 dollar deposit. I still hoped that It would be ok. So I called to see status of pickup or if transport was arranged.Lashawn answered the phone as sweet as always. when I asked if pickup was arranged yet She dropped the sweetness and popped back"'why did you get an email?"and I said no, Ive heard nothing so Im seeing whats going on. She danced around an answer basicly letting me know it was a back burner issue.
So I told her I would like to cancel any service Then you find out theres a$ 50.00 fee for canceling when ZERO has been done for you other than wasting your time. Under protest I agreed to this . Then you have to send them an email formaly requesting a cancelation of service(even if your already on the phone with them. A week later even after I was sent a printable receipt (with no transaction number) no refund has hit my account. Of, course they have an answer for that too!
LONG STORY SHORT, DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH ASAP, SPEND MORE FOR BETTER SERVICE AND USE A CARRIER DIRECTLY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. BROKERS HAVE ZERO CONTROL OF WHEN OF IF YOUR VEHICLE IS EVER PICKED UP AND DELIVERED. THEY ARE MONEY SKIMMING MIDDLEMEN AT BEST.
P.S. NOTICE ALL THEIR GLOWING REVIEWS DONT REALLY MATCH ALL THE ACTUAL PERSONAL ACCOUNTS? SOMETHING SMELL FISHY ..MOST LIKELY POSTED BY EMPLOYESS OF ASAP. ... DO NOT BE FOOLED.

Customer placed order and failed to read the terms and conditions. No where do we imply we have our own trucks. We arrange for the pickup of your vehicle. Mr. Patterson cancelled his order after only 4 business days. Very impatient customer. We offered him the Speedy Guaranteed Rate which was $250.00 additional but he did not want to pay more but he wanted to put with the Speedy Paid Customers.
