This was a very sad situation to say the least. I received their quote for enclosed transport for my '69 Camaro SS that I just purchased from OH to MD. I received phone calls and/or emails daily until I finally decided to go with them. Their reviews looked good and the price was great. Once they received my deposit it was next to impossible to get them to return my calls. Per their instructions I called after about 3 or 4 days to check the status of when they would pick it up. Dave answered and said that he would check with his dispatcher and call me right back. Well that was the last I heard from him for quite a while. I called and left several messages and emails. I finally called from another number that he didn't recognize and he answered after a total of 14 days. He gave me the song and dance that they couldn't find a driver to pick the car up. I'm a straight shooter and could have accepted that if it was communicated earlier, after all it was a low bid and he can't control who accepts the bid. What he could control was his communication to me and providing customer service. I was particularly disappointed that he kept avoiding me, I can't do business with any company like that. This was probably a blessing in disguise that they never got their hands on my car. I cancelled all business with All Pro and went with Enclosed Vehicle Transport (EVT) who responded within 1 hour that the car would be picked up in 2 business days and delivered the next day.
