| A Happy Outcome |
I had contracted with AAAdvantage to transport my son's car from Rockville, MD to New Orleans, LA. As the arrival time I had requested grew near and I had still not been contacted about pick up, I contacted customer service. Everyone was very polite, but no one had any information for me. I finally was directed to Alicia Brown who began working on the problem herself. Ms. Brown was absolutely wonderful and found a carrier that fit within the time frame we needed. My son was ready to drive the car to New Orleans himself when we received the call that the transport would arrive shortly. It did, the car was in New Orleans early, and we had a happy outcome. I do not think we would have, though, had it not been for Ms. Brown. Her professionalism, knowledge, and pleasant manner made this a better experience than it had started out to be. She was delightful to deal with and, thanks to her, I would use AAAdvantage again.
I hope you will communicate this to Ms. Brown so that she knows how very much I appreciate her help. I especially want AAAdvantage to know how well she serves the company and your customers.
