| Pickec Up Car 11 Days Late, Transport Truck Broke Down Twice |
Stay away from this company! In spite of the address they may give you, they are located near Miami, FL and could care less about customers in Virginia.
They were very nice until I paid the deposit, but soon turned ugly when I insisted that they provide some explanation for the delay in picking up my car. They told me that the truck originally scheduled had broken down and they were trying to find a replacement. Over the next ten days, they became more and more rude, finally telling me that I could not have a refund of my deposit because they had eleven days from the originally agreed upon pick up date to pick up my car. On day eleven, the car was picked up at 10:00 PM because the driver of the actual truck that was to transport the car called and said that the transport truck had broken down.
My car was delivered within the time that the auto transport truck driver said it would be, but it had a flat tire and a scratch on the side. The driver argued that the scratch had been there, but could not be seen because he picked up the car at night. To date, I have received compensation only for the flat. The scratch is my problem.
