Buyer beware...

had a vehicle shipped from PA to CA.

Synopsis of my experience:
- Very professional when signing up a customer.
- Reasonable price.
- But that's where it ends!!!

Once I paid for the transaction:
- Late picking up the vehicle.
- Very difficult to get an agent on the phone.
- Vehicle was 14 days late (took them 32 days after vehicle pickup)
- Spent countless hours of the phone on hold.
- was never able to get a supervisor or Jinx (the owner) on the phone.
- Sent a number of emails and never received a response.
- They could never tell me where the truck was (i was told it was in Tempe already, then a day later I called and was told it's was arriving in Tempe the next day???!)
- I had no piece of mind during the entire transaction after payment.
- Vehicle arrived with blemished and hellava dirty (probably sitting at some terminal)
- They did give me $50 back (woohoo!)

I should have spend the extra 100 bucks for a reputable shipping company.
