| Fraud Company - Never Deal with AAA, INC |
This is a cheat company and never ever deal with this firm for any kind of services. I am writing this review not because I am frustrated but to make sure you never get cheated by this firm.
I booked my car to be moved from Richmond, VA to San Francisco, CA on 08/20/2006 and wanted to be picked by 08/30/2006. I paid $400 to AAA, INC for the deal and balance on delivery. However, just on the pick-up date, AAA, INC called me and said truck driver will not be able to pick-up my car for many many days and might deliver my car in 2 months. With this kind of delay, I had no options but to cancel the deal. I asked for Refund and they said they will not refund any money.
I called the AAA's hotline number and the Person on other side (Jeffrey) was in no mood to talk and rather used offensive langauage and said that I am free to do whatever I wish. I remained cool and calm through out all conversations and called them 10 times in 15 minutes as he was disconnecting my calls.
I would suggest never deal with this firm. I wish I had read previous reviews about this firm before doing any business with it.
