| BEST WAY AUTO IS A SCAM! |
I put in my order on May 18,2006, vehicle was supposed to be picked up June 9th. It was never picked up, so I called and they said the trucker was running late, and that they will have another trucker pick up within a 2 week window! I waited as long as I could then called Best way auto, they said that the trucker called both numbers given to contact me but they didn't get an answer, which was a LIE! I didn't even get a message, so I asked them how much it would be to cancel my order the person I spoke to said $75. Today, August 1st, after not receiving my refund I call Best Way and they tell me that "You should read your contract, cancellation is $200." They are Liars as well as rude and it's obvious their whole business is a scam!

IT SEEMS THAT PEOPLE SUCH AS THIS LIE NO MATTER WHAT, WE HAD SENT A TRUCK TO OICKUP THE CAR AND THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT THERE AND THE CUSTOMER DID NOT LEAVE THE KEYS AND NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE, SO THAT THE DRIVER CXOULD PICKUP THE CAR.
I GUESS THAT THIS WAS NOT IMPORTANT, SINCE SHE WAITED A MONTH AND A HALF TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. UNFORTUNATELY CUSTOMERS SUCH AS THIS ONE SHOULD READ THE CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH EXPLAINS ALL. WE CANNOT TAKE ORDERS AND THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT COOPERATE IN ANY FASHION TO PICKUP THE CAR, WE COULD HAVE TAKEN THE ENTIRE $200.00, BUTN WE ARE A COMPANY WITH A CONSCIENCE, SO WED CHARGED HER $75.00. THE TRUCKER [PARKWAY TRANSPORT] WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE CAR BUT HER FRIEND WAS NOT AVAIABLE. |
